Cooperative care is an area within training, where we as trainers can drastically increase the welfare of the animals we care for. We will show you what is possible and what is needed to be successful. What are the details you have to think about to start cooperative care? What do you do in an emergency? Need to catch the animal immediately? Get a sample?
We will teach you how to respond and what to think about in an emergency situations. We want you to know what is happening with the behaviour of the animals and how they through classical conditioning connect you with these negative situations.
We want to avoid making us the bad guys towards the animal and build a relationship on mutual trust.
