Cooperative care increases the welfare of the animals we take care off. Allowing the animal to have choices gives us a different dialogue with our learners. Animal training is about working together with our animals and therefore listening to what they have to say is very important which we can’t ignore. Are we listening to what the animal has to say or are we not thinking about their calls?

Behaviour is a lot stronger when the animal has a sense of control. It has been proven that given more choices to our animals that their control increases. When we train our animals for cooperative care we continually change the environment for the animals to reach our goals. Given them a sense of control in the approximations leading to the goal will excel their progression. This webinar will help you to extend the choices of the animals in getting your animal ready for cooperative care procedures.
